Technology is another area that Williamson Medical Center excels. We have the latest equipment ranging from surgical robotic tools to lab devices that can reveal the nature of a certain bacteria within an hour instead of two days. We utilize a vein viewer that helps reduce multiple needle sticks for the comfort of our patients. Our imaging center utilizes 3D mammography and upright stereotactic biopsy equipment that is far superior to its predecessors and our vascular surgical suite looks like something from Star Trek. So if you think a county-owned hospital can’t compete with the big boys on technology – think again.
