“Food Truck Friday” returns to Williamson Medical Center on October 20
FRANKLIN, Tenn.—Williamson Medical Center has been helping the Franklin area answer the tough question, “What should I do for lunch?” with its popular “Food Truck Friday” series. On Friday, October 20, the trucks will return to the WMC campus, bringing a diverse selection of options.
Scheduled to appear are:
Little Cancun on the Go (http://www.littlecancunonthego.com ): Offering up Tex-Mex cuisine, Little Cancun on the Go serves quesadillas, nachos, and big burritos. As all their posts on social media say, they are proud of their “fast service and friendly amigos.”
Two Thompsons Catering ( http://www.twothompsons.com ): Two Thompsons puts their own spin on sandwiches, brisket, salad, and other southern favorites. Their menu adapts to the season. They are also well known in Middle Tennessee, and beyond, for their Prohibition Popcorn.
“Food Truck Friday” happens from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., inside the medical center’s parking lot off Covey Drive.
It is open to the public, so feel free to join us for lunch!
