Should the need for customer service arise during your visit as a patient or visitor, you are encouraged to ask a staff member for the department or unit manager on duty.
FOLLOWING A VISIT
Patients or visitors who would like to share a recent concern or grievance are invited to share with our Quality Assurance Department. The department can be reached Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., at (615) 435-5973. If someone is not available, you may leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Volunteer With Us
Volunteers are an essential part of Williamson Medical Center. More than 125 individuals a year generously give their time, and provide many services at the Medical Center.
Through community outreach, WMC provides hundreds of hours of free education every year at community events, civic organizations, churches, schools and businesses.
