We applaud our employees who voluntarily go above and beyond their responsibilities to help make WMC the best place to work and receive care, and we formally recognize them in a variety of ways throughout the year including some special awards.
Anyone who has been part of our WMC family since our founding in the late 1950s knows we will do anything for our patients, visitors and each other. Whether it involved covering a shift or covering a spill, we do what is necessary simply because we love Williamson Medical Center. Anytime we see one of our colleagues do something that we consider is above and beyond their daily responsibilities, we can recognize them with a special award called “Caught in the Act of Caring.” On average every quarter, our staff of 1,500 recognizes each other’s awesomeness more than 1,100 times!
Nursing Excellence Award
Our Nursing Excellence award recipient represents the best of the best among his or her peers from every area.
Service Awards
Every year we honor employees who are celebrating anniversaries based on increments of five consecutive years. Last year’s group of employees accumulated more than 1,600 years of service!
